SPAK clarified the investigations regarding the three officials of Tropoja Municipality who abused the tenders of the Asim Vokshi school.

According to the Special Prosecutor's Office, the investigations show that the defendants, with their actions as members of the Bid Evaluation Committee, during the evaluation of the bids, did not treat the economic operators participating in the procurement procedure with the object "Asim Vokshi School" equally. Although the Union of Economic Operators "Halili 1 & Shendelli" has submitted the lowest bid in the amount of ALL 42,072,833, excluding VAT, the defendants as members of the Bid Evaluation Committee, in violation of the Law and Public Procurement Rules , as well as with the criteria established in the Standard Tender Documents, have announced the winner of the economic operator "4 AM", with the offer of 50,269,533 ALL without VAT, causing an economic damage in the amount of 8,196,700 ALL as the difference between the two offers./ CNA
