Leonard Duka, head of the "Duka" clan, was extradited this Friday from Belgium to Albania.

As was warned, the Duke arrived in Rinas this afternoon.

From the images of the State Police, it can be seen that 4 police vans have been put on alert and have escorted the Duke from Rinas to prison.

Leonard Duka was arrested in Belgium on February 14, 2023, and since then extradition proceedings had begun.

With the completion of these procedures, he will serve the sentence in Albania for the murder of Santiago Malko, Ervis Martinaj's right-hand man.

The Directorate of Interpol Tirana, in cooperation with Interpol Brussels and the specialized structures of the State Police, carried out the extradition to our country of the citizen LD

The citizen LD was declared an international wanted by Interpol Tirana, after the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Deliberate murder", committed in the special form of cooperation, "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", "Providing conditions for murder", "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by criminal organization and structured criminal group".

From the investigations carried out, it has been found that the citizen LD and 6 other citizens are the suspected perpetrators of the incident that happened in 2019, on "Xhanfize Keko" street, Tirana, where the citizen SM was shot dead

Also, citizen LD, in cooperation with other citizens, planned the murder of citizens Er. Ma., Er. Mi. and other members of their group.
