The Police Supervision Agency has suspended 3 police officers and one employee of the "Eagle" forces.

Also, AMP has executed 3 other security measures imposed by the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës.

It is reported that the measure "Arrest with prison" has been imposed on the citizen KS, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Abuse of duty in cooperation", "Illegal construction", "Theft of electricity". He is wanted, as it was not possible to find him.

Also, "Prison arrest" has been assigned to the citizen with the initials EV, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth". The latter has also been declared wanted, since he was not found in the apartment during the search.

The court has left the citizen RO, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Criminal Failure", under "Compulsion to appear".

In the meantime, the officers with the initials EP with the duty of Assistant Community Policing Specialist at the Durrës Police Station, SS with the duty of Urban and Interurban Traffic Service Troops in DVP Durrës, KK with the duty of Order Specialist in the Special Force Eagle in DVP Durrës and AJ with the duty of Assistant Community Policing Specialist at the Kavajë Police Commissariat.

They are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of "Misuse of duty committed in collaboration".

From the conducted investigations, evidence was provided that the citizen KS, during the time he was exercising his duties as the head of the sector near AMP Durres, using the attributes of the position, occupied a piece of land, state property in the "Kallm" neighborhood of Durrës, where he built unlawfully a cottage.
