Conflicts for weak motives and domestic violence/ 3 arrested in Elbasan

Police Notification: 

The Elbasan Police Station arrested the following citizens in the act:

- Sh. V., 48 years old and BV, 59 years old, after they had a physical conflict with each other, for property reasons;

-MS, 60 years old, after he allegedly abused his wife.

Also, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the MP citizen, 47 years old, resident in Elbasan, after he was found to be carrying out illegal construction works.

The Road Traffic Sector referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the criminal proceedings were initiated against the AB citizen, 61 years old, resident of Prrenjas, after yesterday evening, on the rural road of the village of Shënkoll, while driving the vehicle, in a drunken state, he lost control and as a result the vehicle went off the road. The driver of the vehicle, a citizen of AB, was injured in the accident.

- SR citizen, 65 years old, resident of the village of Shala, was sent to the Cërrik hospital without signs of life. From the first investigative actions and from the statements of the family members, it is suspected that the 65-year-old man, while working with an agricultural tool (hand tiller), was accidentally damaged by the tiller and died as a result of his injuries.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction, for further actions./ CNA
