Wanted for kidnapping, torture, sexual abuse and attempted murder/ 47-year-old man arrested in Durrës

A citizen declared internationally wanted for 4 serious criminal offenses was arrested this Tuesday in Durrës.

It is about the 47-year-old Dashamir Koka, who was put in handcuffs for the purpose of extradition to Italy.

The Court of Appeal of Milan has sentenced the 47-year-old man to 11 years and 4 months in prison for the criminal offenses of "Murder", remaining attempted, "Torture", "Kidnapping of a person" and "Sexual relationship with violence", provided from the Italian Penal Code.

From the full sentence, Dashamir Koka has 10 years, 3 months and 13 days of imprisonment left to serve.

Interpol Tirana is continuing to cooperate with counterparts, to carry out Koka's extradition to Italy./ CNA
