New details have come to light from the assassination attempt in Dobraç, Shkodra, where 4 people were killed, Hamza Lici, Arlind Bushati and a couple of passers-by.

From the tracking of the security cameras, it was revealed that the perpetrators' car followed the car driven by Lici, Bushati and the third person who is suspected to be Ibrahim Lici, from the western ring road of Shkodra, the neighborhood "Kiras".
