The structures of the Local Directorate of the Tirana Police, the Sector for the Investigation of Serious Crimes, in cooperation with the Police Supervision Agency (AMP), the Regional Directorate of Tirana, after conducting in-depth investigative actions and information received from the police intelligence, made it possible to identify and the announcement of the search for the suspected author of the event, citizen EG, 46 years old, resident in Tirana, for the commission of the criminal offenses "Premeditated murder", remaining in the attempt and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" , provided by articles 78, 22 and 278/1 of the Criminal Code.

Immediately after the incident, the injured LK was sent for specialized medical assistance to the Trauma hospital, Tirana, where he is currently under the care of doctors, while the suspected perpetrator EG left the scene, avoiding police pursuit.

During the inspection of the scene, among other things, 6 (six) 9 mm caliber cartridges, 1 (one) deformed bronze-colored shell, a bronze-colored shell shirt, 3 soiled trouser belts were found and seized as material evidence. red in color like blood, etc.
