Another name that is part of this list is the brother of Nuredin Dumani, Dashamir Dumani, involved in the triple murder of Endri Alibej, Arben Dylgjeri and the Turk Erdal Duranay.

The role of Dashamir Dumani has been identified by SPAK prosecutors, also thanks to the testimony given by Nuredin Dumani, who has shown that his brother, Dashi, participated in the massacre of Bradashesh.

According to SPAK, in addition to the incident with three people killed, Dashamir Dumani turns out to be a participant in the armed robbery of 10 million euros on the Tirana-Vienna plane, which was getting ready for departure on the Rinas airport runway.

SPAK has also arrested for the third time Altin Ndoci, a character who acted as a hitman on behalf of Talo Çela and the Çopja brothers.
