The results of yesterday's elections in four municipalities in the north of Kosovo and Metohija, in which 1,567 out of 45,950 voters turned out and among those who turned out only 13 Serbs, show that those elections are a defeat for Kurti and the international community and a victory for Serbian unity, said the director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petkovic.

"Those elections were organized by Pristina, except for 13 who came out, all the other Serbs stayed at home, the containers in which the votes were cast were empty as well as the ballot boxes, the Serbian people remained calm, did not react to any provocation and showed unity complete and that he believes only in the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vu?i?, and that he has only one country, and that is Serbia", said Petkovic in an invited appearance on RTS.

He emphasized that according to yesterday's results, the Albanians will lead four Serbian municipalities and will govern the Serbs who make up 98 percent of the population in the north of Kosovo and Metohija and that the Serbian people have completely withdrawn.

"It shows the new reality that is emerging and that the Serbs have emphasized that there will be no normalization of relations and progress until the Union of Serbian Municipalities is formed. Kurti wanted to force the Serbs to vote in the containers, while the boycott showed that the Serbian people sent Kurti to the declared Petkovic container.

"I would like to see how those who supported the elections and said they would know their results, will now congratulate the new Gauleiter invasion in Leposaviq, Mitrovica of Kosovo, Zveçan or Zubin Potok," said Petkovic.
