Horror in Kosovo/ 27-year-old man has two fingers cut off for 10 euros

A 27-year-old man in Gjilan had his fingers cut off by two people because of a debt of 10 euros.

The event is suspected to have happened earlier, but today the police managed to arrest one of the two suspects who committed this crime.

He said that the case happened on October 22, until yesterday one of the suspects was arrested, who according to him has been on the run since the day the case happened.

"I can confirm that the case happened in October. A suspect has been arrested", he told "Express".
