Escobar and Lajcak in Washington/ Discussions about Kosovo and Serbia

Today, at 15:00 according to our time, in Washington, the US Special Envoy for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar and the European one, Miroslav Lajçak, will hold a public discussion regarding the resumption of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue , at a time when dialogue is one of their three main demands for both sides.
