Scandal/ SPAK and the police are looking for him, Mirel Mërtiri signs in

CNA is bringing today two more documents related to the man called "the mastermind of the incinerators", according to the accusation by SPAK in relation to the investment made by the Albanian government with the Elbasan incinerator.

This charge was filed on November 16, 2022 after nearly two years of investigations by the special prosecution, where the former Minister of the Environment, Lefter Koka, the General Secretary, Alqi Blako, and a number of senior officials of the Albanian state ended up behind bars.

Mirel Mërtiri with the media and the partnerships he has with the latter is building his propaganda scenarios, but the documents refute any propaganda and the facts are endless. 

Everything is a scheme and a scenario for Mireli and his ilk to lead the media and public opinion to make it easier for themselves, to close the investigations or to exert pressure and blackmail on SPAK prosecutors, as has happened in several cases in the national media, in the partnerships of Mireli, Klodian Zotos and Stela Gugalljas.

The scheme does not start and end in Elbasan or Fier, but also goes to Tirana, with the connections of Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtir (both wanted by SPAK) and the shareholders or administrators of the company that owns the Tirana Landfill, who are under accusation by the justice . 

CNA first brought a document dated December 5, signed by Mirel Mërtiri in Tirana. So almost 19 days after he was officially and publicly declared wanted by SPAK and the police, Mirel Mërtiri signs a document with a Dutch company called "TOSS".

Just look at the document, which is dated December 5, 2022, which is a contract amendment. The document has the e-mail address of Mirel Mërtiri, who is with the company "Geogenix", which is also the mother of the Tirana incinerator.

So another connection of Mireli with the parent company. It also has the latter's signature and the date December 5 in the capital.

Below is a second document. The second document again belongs to a relationship between the company "TOSS" and "Geogenix", the mother of the Tirana incinerator.

"TOSS" is a private company, which has a three-month contract with Mirel Mërtiri to make payments to him and to follow the procedures for Mërtiri to be provided with a residence permit in the Netherlands.

According to Dutch legal procedures, in order to obtain a residence permit, the payments must first go through the legal companies, which follow the procedures to complete all the steps with the necessary documentation in the state offices.

Për këtë krijohet një marrëdhënie nëpërmjet një kompanie të ndërmjetme, e cila është ajo që ndjek zyrtarisht procedurën. Por Mirel Mërtiri paguhet nga kompania “Geogenix”, mëma e inceneratorit të Tiranës dhe kompania “TOSS” që ka ndjekur procedurat në dokumentin e dytë, në datën 15 dhjetor njofton “Geogenix” se sa është shuma që duhet të paguajë në lidhje me procedurat e ndjekura dhe pagesat që duhen bërë për Mirel Mërtirin.

Pas pagesës nga fatura e publikuar, në 20 dhjetor Mirel Mërtiri ka tërhequr në Amsterdam dokumentin e rezidentit që CNA e ka publikuar dy ditë më pare.

Këto dy dokumente tregojnë qartazi jo vetëm lidhjen e Mirel Mërtirit me inceneratorin e Tiranës dhe me mëmën në Holandë, “Geogenix”, e cila është ish-“Integrated Energy”, por tregon qartazi edhe faktin se Mirel Mërtiri nuk është thjeshtë dhe vetëm i lidhur me inceneratorin e Elbasanit, por lidhjet e tij nëpërmjet kompanive të ndryshme që ai ka bashkëpunuar shkojnë nga Elbasani, në Fier dhe në Tiranë dhe përtej saj. Sipas dokumenteve që CNA ka publikuar shkojnë deri në Zimbabve.

Drejtor, zyrtar, pronar apo diçka tjetër?

Mirel Mërtiri, sipas SPAK-ut, është “truri” i inceneratorëve për Elbasanin. Tashmë me dokumente po provohet se është një njeri i mbrojtur nga shteti, me shumë pushtet dhe po përfshin në skandal SPAK-un dhe policinë shqiptare, pasi edhe pse ishte shpallur person në kërkim në datën 16 nëntor të vitit 2022, në 5 dhjetor të 2022-shit ai firmosi një dokument në mes të Tiranës.

CNA do të vazhdojë të publikojë dhe të raportojë të tjera materiale ekskluzive në lidhje me aferën e inceneratorëve, që siç e kemi theksuar edhe në materialet tona të tjera, nuk fillojnë dhe nuk mbarojnë as te Stela Gugallja, as te Mirel Mërtiri, as te Klodian Zoto apo as te Lefter Koka dhe Alqi Bllako.
