With the name of this company, we did not find anything in the National Business Center (NBC), but in addition, the show "Stop" turned to a private laboratory to analyze the product. Professor Sokol Abazi, an expert in chemical analysis, says that the product we bought is not olive oil.

"From the fatty acid profile, we can say that this is not olive oil at all. It is also seen that it has a higher composition of imeristic acid, which leads you to believe that it has been mixed with some corn oil, while the percentage of oleic acid, which is the main parameter of olive oil, is 44%, at least it should be 55 %. It also has a very high percentage of linolenic acid which is very high for olive oil, it has 43%, when it should be less than 20% and this to speak openly that it is a mixture. Also, if we look at the spectrophotometric analyses, it is shown that the parameters are outside any standard. But, depending on what it can be mixed with, it can cause a health hazard", expert Sokol Abazi explained to the "Stop" microphone.

On the other hand, agronomy expert Dritan Kolleshi and producers Elsion Doko and Kudret Sado argue that the price of olive oil cannot exceed 500 old lek.

"If we calculate the cost of olives per 1,000 square meters, we have 20 10-15-year-old olive roots, they yield about 800 kilograms of olives. Calculating the range is 12 liters per olive bush, it falls somewhere between 96-100 liters of oil. 100 liters of oil if you calculate the expenses of this year are about 415 thousand old lek per dynam then automatically only from these services and from this value without counting the transport and other things, which I have not entered the price of oil cost per person that deals with olives is 4,800 old lek, but if you also count the next year that will not have this production, which will be 50% of the production or less, then the olive oil olive costs 5,800 to 6,000 old lek per liter," explained Dritan Kolleshi.
