And after that, he demolished the rest of the building.

However, the Cadastre of Kruja itself on May 23, 2023, after the construction permit was issued, issued a real estate card for the Kulla family. In the description column, it mentions "a 2-story building named 'Mapo Industriale' with a floor area of ??400 m2 on the ground floor, 340 m2 on the first floor.

In the end, this municipality writes that it has shown maximum responsibility towards the claim of this family and on January 31, 2024, it addressed the Albanian Development Fund and the Ministry of Infrastructure to start the process of expropriation or exchange in an accelerated manner.
