The former head of the Institute of Studies and Consequences of the Crimes of Communism, Agron Tufa, has made a denunciation of the former head of SPAK, Arben Kraja.

Tufa has repeated the accusations that Kraja was an investigator of communism, while it has published the file of 22-year-old Andrea Daija.

He declares that the former head of SPAK forced Andrea Daijan to sign a document, where it was said that he had planned to escape.

Tufa writes on social networks that Shkodran was a victim of Kraja, who was unjustly tortured.
