Unable to open her father's will for 10 years, the journalist finds the notary in search

In the first week of February, the show "Stop" aired a complaint about notary Behar Leka, who has been in an unknown position since May 2025, leaving notarial acts suspended. The complainant Luan Mukja said that after his father's death in 2022, he turned to notary Behar Leka to open a will left about 10 years ago.

According to Mukja, the notary's archive was expected to be transferred to notary Fjorel Çomo, by order of the Ministry of Justice, but the latter had not received any documents. Meanwhile, the Tirana First Instance Administrative Court ruled in favor of notary Behar Leka in October 2025, but the decision was not made public, preventing the resumption of notarial activity.

The notary's legal representative, Aldi Kaçi, said that he would request the acceleration and clarification of the decision. After a few days, the decision was clarified.
