Egli Proga's sister, Jonida Proga, spoke in front of the protesters, where she stated that her brother was killed and left in the middle of the road.

Jonida said that her brother's killers are four and not just the one who is in prison, Denis Meçe.

She stated that Egli Proga did not die from drinking but was shot by four barbarians with first and last names.  

"I am touched that you did not leave me alone, nor Egli's wife, nor his children, nor my father.

It was the 9th of August where at this hour my brother Egli was found dead without any sign of life.

Died on the road between Pogradec, beaten on the head and body.

There are 4 killers of Egli. I am a lawyer and I know very well what roles the associates have.

Egli did not die from drinking, but was shot by 4 barbarians who have names and surnames," said Jonida./ CNA
