While in September 2020, Ilir Beqaj was appointed as the political coordinator of the SP in the district of Shkodra, Pëllumb Gjoka and Behar Bajri, initially engaged to sabotage Beqaj's meetings with the electoral staffs in this district.

According to Pëllumb Gjoka, at that time Ilir Beqaj was the master of Shkodra and he was finishing his work. Hasanbegaj hopes that through the connections Pëllumb Gjoka has in the police and the governing majority, he would be transferred from Shkodra to the Tirana police or to a better place.
