The General Director of Road Transport Services, Blendi Gonxhja, explained the reason why he was at SPAK today.

In a reaction to the media, Gonxhja stated that his appearance at SPAK is not related to his duties at DPSHTRR.

" DPSHTRR has nothing to do with the reason why I was there, for a third issue that I was asked for clarification. It is a matter that has nothing to do with the Ministry that I depend on, neither with roads nor with DPSHTRR. I didn't even come through the back door, I just saw you run towards me out of respect. However, I represent a public figure, I cannot give details. I was asked to verify a certain situation. It is not related to any tender, any kind of thing and any institution. Keep calm, I'm sorry I disappointed you ," said Gonxha. /AE-CNA.al
