DP MP, Ina Zhupa, spoke today regarding the book "The Albanian Files" and the repeal of Law 21/2024.

In a connection with Syri TV, Zhupa described the book as "Rama's book of promises to his builders." She further added that it contains "523 criminal offenses," while emphasizing that it clearly shows that Prime Minister Rama treats Albania as his property.

Among other things, he stated that if Law 21/2024 is repealed, construction in protected areas will also be prohibited. 

"They have been refusing to discuss it for two months, because they are in a deadlock. On the one hand, the EP has requested it with a resolution and they have taken responsibility to implement and repeal law 21/2024. On the other hand, they have the book 'The Albanian Files', the book of Edi Rama's promises to his builders and for the massacre of concreting with strategic investments in Albania. Here, in this book, there are 523 criminal offenses guaranteed without competition, given to a friend, spoken and designed time and time again by the prime minister, treating Albania as private property, without asking for any law. Here the highest form of corruption has reached, legislative corruption. After these projects were made, the law was also changed to suit these projects and their economic interests. Here the Constitution, every law, had ceased to exist, and the only authority was Edi Rama and his word", said Zhupa./CNA
