Accused of a series of criminal offenses/ GJKKO sentences structured criminal

SPAK has submitted to the GJKKO the request with the subject: "Trial of the criminal case against the defendants Ismail Zeneli, Bujar Ajeti, Adrian Cenaj (Dedja), Dedan Gjoni, Besmir Murati and Albert Prenga".

The trial of this case was conducted under the rules of summary trial. At the end of the trial, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a panel composed of judges Erjon Çela, Erjon Bani and Bib Ndreca, with decision no. 75, dated 21.11.2025, has decided on the guilty plea of ??Ismail Zeneli, finally sentencing him to 10 years in prison, Bujar Ajeti to 6 years in prison, Adrian Cenaj to 4 years in prison, Dedan Gjoni to 8 years in prison, Besmir Murtati to 8 years in prison, Albert Prenga to 8 years in prison.

The guilty plea of ??the defendant Ismail Zeneli, for committing the criminal offense "Drug trafficking", committed in collaboration in the special form of a structured criminal group, provided for by Article 283/a/1 - 28/4 of the Criminal Code and in connection with Article 334/1 of the Criminal Code, his sentence to 13 years of imprisonment. - The guilty plea of ??the defendant Ismail Zeneli, for committing the criminal offense "Structured criminal group", provided for by Article 333/a/1 of the Criminal Code and based on this provision, his sentence to 5 years of imprisonment. - The guilty plea of ??the defendant Ismail Zeneli, for committing the criminal offense "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", committed in collaboration in the special form of a structured criminal group, provided for by Article 80 - 28/4 of the Criminal Code and in connection with Article 334/1 of the Criminal Code, his sentence to 9 years of imprisonment. - The guilty plea of ??the defendant Ismail Zeneli, for committing the criminal offense "Structured criminal group", provided for by Article 333/a/1 of the Criminal Code and based on this provision, his sentence to 5 years of imprisonment. - Pursuant to Article 55 of the Criminal Code on determining the punishment for the commission of several criminal offenses, the sentence of the defendant Ismail Zeneli to a single sentence of 15 years of imprisonment. - In application of Article 406/1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the above sentence is reduced by 1/3, finally sentencing the defendant Ismail Zeneli to a single final sentence of 10 years of imprisonment. - The sentence for the defendant Ismail Zeneli will begin from the day of his arrest and will be served in a high-security prison, an IEVP.

The guilty plea of ??the defendant Bujar Ajeti (Gremizi), for committing the criminal offense "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", committed in collaboration in the special form of a structured criminal group, provided for by Article 80 - 28/4 of the Criminal Code and in connection with Article 334/1 of the Criminal Code, his sentence to 7 years of imprisonment. - The guilty plea of ??the defendant Bujar Ajeti (Gremizi), for committing the criminal offense "Structured criminal group", provided for by Article 333/a/2 of the Criminal Code and based on this provision, his sentence to 3 years of imprisonment. - The not guilty plea of ??the defendant Bujar Ajeti (Gremizi), for committing the criminal offense "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", provided for by Article 278/1 of the Criminal Code, since pursuant to Article 388/1/a of the Criminal Code, it is not proven that the defendant committed the criminal offense. - The guilty plea of ??the defendant Bujar Ajeti (Gremizi), for committing the criminal offense "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", provided for by Article 278/4 of the Criminal Code and, based on this provision, his sentence to 3 years of imprisonment. - The guilty plea of ??the defendant Bujar Ajeti (Gremizi), for committing the criminal offense "Supporting the perpetrator of a crime", provided for by Article 302/2 of the Criminal Code and based on this provision, his sentence to 5 years of imprisonment. - In application of Article 55 of the Criminal Code on determining the sentence for committing several criminal offenses, the sentence of the defendant Bujar Ajeti (Gremizi) to a single sentence of 9 years of imprisonment. - In application of Article 406/1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the above sentence is reduced by 1/3, finally sentencing the defendant Bujar Ajeti (Gremizi) to a single final sentence of 6 years of imprisonment. - The sentence for the defendant Bujar Ajeti (Gremizi) will begin from the day of his arrest and will be served in a high-security prison. 3. The guilty plea of ??the defendant Adrian Cenaj (Dedja), for committing the criminal offense “Providing conditions and material means to commit murder”, committed in collaboration in the special form of a structured criminal group, provided for by Article 80 - 28/4 of the Criminal Code and in connection with Article 334/1 of the Criminal Code, his sentence to 6 years of imprisonment. - The guilty plea of ??the defendant Adrian Cenaj (Dedja), for committing the criminal offense “Structured criminal group”, provided for by Article 333/a/2 of the Criminal Code and based on this provision his sentence to 2 years of imprisonment. - Pursuant to Article 55 of the Criminal Code on determining the sentence for the commission of several criminal offenses, the sentence of the defendant Adrian Cenaj (Dedja), with a single sentence of 6 years of imprisonment. - In application of Article 406/1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the above sentence is reduced by 1/3, with the defendant Adrian Cenaj (Dedja) being finally sentenced to a single final sentence of 4 years of imprisonment. - Serving the sentence for the defendant Adrian Cenaj (Dedja),will begin from the day of his arrest and will be carried out in a high-security prison.

The guilty plea of ??the defendant Dedan Gjoni, for committing the criminal offense "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", committed in collaboration, as provided for in Article 80 - 25 of the Criminal Code, and based on this legal provision, his sentence to 2 years of imprisonment. - The not guilty plea of ??the defendant Dedan Gjoni, for committing the criminal offense "Structured criminal group", as provided for in Article 333/a/1 of the Criminal Code, since, pursuant to Article 388/1/a of the Criminal Procedure Code, it is not proven that the defendant committed the criminal offense. - The guilty plea of ??the defendant Dedan Gjoni, for committing the criminal offense "Drug trafficking", committed in collaboration in the special form of a structured criminal group, provided for by Article 283/a/1 - 28/4 of the Criminal Code and in conjunction with Article 334/1 of the Criminal Code, his sentence to 12 years of imprisonment. - The guilty plea of ??the defendant Dedan Gjoni, for committing the criminal offense "Structured criminal group", provided for by Article 333/a/2 of the Criminal Code and based on this provision, his sentence to 2 years of imprisonment. - The guilty plea of ??the defendant Dedan Gjoni, for committing the criminal offense "Abuse of office", provided for by Article 248 of the Criminal Code and based on this provision, his sentence to 2 years of imprisonment. - In application of Article 55 of the Criminal Code on determining the punishment for committing several criminal offenses, the punishment of the defendant Dedan Gjoni with a single sentence of 12 years of imprisonment. - In application of Article 406/1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the above measure of punishment is reduced by 1/3, finally sentencing the defendant Dedan Gjoni with a single final sentence of 8 years of imprisonment. - The serving of the sentence for the defendant Dedan Gjoni will begin from the day of his arrest and will be carried out in a high-security prison. 5. The guilty plea of ??the defendant Besmir Murtati, for committing the criminal offense “Drug trafficking”, committed in collaboration in the special form of a structured criminal group, provided for by Article 283/a/1 - 28/4 of the Criminal Code and in connection with Article 334/1 of the Criminal Code, his sentence to 12 years of imprisonment. - The guilty plea of ??the defendant Besmir Murtati, for committing the criminal offense “Structured criminal group”, provided for by Article 333/a/2 of the Criminal Code and based on this provision his sentence to 2 years of imprisonment. - Pursuant to Article 55 of the Criminal Code on determining the punishment for the commission of several criminal offenses, the sentence of the defendant Besmir Murtati to a single sentence of 12 years of imprisonment. - In application of Article 406/1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the above sentence is reduced by 1/3, finally sentencing the defendant Besmir Murtati to a single final sentence of 8 years of imprisonment. - The sentence for the defendant Besmir Murtati will begin from the day of his arrest and will be served in a high-security prison. 6. The guilty plea of ??the defendant Albert Prenga, for committing the criminal offense of “Drug Trafficking”,carried out in collaboration in the special form of the group.

The guilty plea of ??the defendant Albert Prenga, for committing the criminal offense of "Drug Trafficking", committed in collaboration with the special form of the criminally structured group "Jordan Misja" Street No. 1, 1057 Tirana; tel/fax 0035542231527; ykyta.gov.al, provided for by article 283/a/1 - 28/4 of the Criminal Code and in connection with article 334/1 of the Criminal Code, his sentence to 12 years of imprisonment.

- The guilty plea of ??the defendant Albert Prenga for committing the criminal offense of "Structured criminal group", as provided for in Article 333/a/1 of the Criminal Code, and based on this provision, his sentence to 3 years of imprisonment.

- Pursuant to Article 55 of the Criminal Code on determining the punishment for committing several criminal offenses, the conviction of the defendant Albert Prenga with a single sentence of 12 years of imprisonment.

- In application of Article 406/1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the above sentence is reduced by 1/3, definitively sentencing the defendant Albert Prenga to a single final sentence of 8 years of imprisonment.

- The sentence for defendant Albert Prenga will begin on the day of his arrest and will be served in a high-security prison./ CNA
