The police announce that there will be blockages of some road segments, as well as partial blockages of some other segments depending on the movement of the gatherers.
"We inform the citizens that today, from 11:00 a.m. until the end, there will be a temporary blockage of vehicle traffic on the main boulevard near Tirana City Hall.
The police appeals to all citizens to avoid moving on these roads and use alternative routes, until the end of the rally, such as the Middle Ring and the Great Ring", the police announcement states, among other things. / CNA
