The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has sent a letter to the Parliament of Albania notifying it of the decision of the Court of Appeal in Tirana that sentences MP Ervin Salianji to one year in prison.
The document bears the signature of the prosecutor Elona Alvora, who was assigned by lot this Friday to execute the decision of the Court of Appeal.

Ervin Salianji was sentenced to one year in prison for the charge of false report.
