The Minister of Health and Social Protection, Albana Koçiu, visited the "Koço Gliozheni" Maternity Hospital, the baby that was found abandoned in a basement in the Yzberishti area.
The minister was informed by the hospital doctors about the health condition of the child.
The baby was taken to the hospital in a very serious condition. After intensive resuscitation and intubation and cardiac massage, he showed signs of life, but poor reactions.
