Albanian military Artur Meçollari, who is equipped with the security certificate "Cosmic Top Secret" of NATO level, has reacted to the scandal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, published by CNA.al.

In a post on the social network Facebook, Meçollari showed his personal experience and the filters he had to go through to obtain the certificate, while addressing the ministry some questions that according to him are necessary to answer.

According to the military, in the premises of this institution, everyone knew that Juliana was the sister of Nuredin Duman.

Hyri motra e Dumanit

Në kafenenë e MEPJ sa herë që hynte zonja në fjalë, nënzë punonjësit e MEPJ nuk thoshin "hyri Xhuljana", por "hyri motra e Dumanit".  Nuk ka asnjë punonjës në MEPJ q? nuk e di se Xhuljana ishte motra e Nuredin Dumanit.

MEPJ e trajton si një çëdhtje rutin?.  Në mars 2020 unë kam patur intervistën e fundit për çertifikatë sigurie.  Intervista ka zgjatur rreth 1,5 orë, dhe po flasim jo për intervistën e DSIK-së.  Më kanë pyetur ndër të tjera për njohjet që kisha edhe me një ish-oficer të Flotës të liruar rreth viteve 1993 dhe që unë e kisha takuar për herë të fundit në vitin 2004.
