The Archbishop of the Autocephalous Orthodox Church of Albania, His Beatitude Joani, after the Christmas mass, held an official reception in the church premises on the occasion of this holy holiday.
The reception was attended by various figures from the world of art, politics, representatives of various religious communities, as well as numerous citizens and believers, who had the opportunity to meet His Beatitude Joani up close and congratulate him on the holiday.
The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, after visiting the church, wished the believers a prosperous new year, with peace and goodness.
Also present at the church premises was the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, who wished Albanians to celebrate Christmas with faith and hope for the future.
