Head of SPAK meetings in DASH: We are verifying officials and former high

The head of the Special Prosecutor's Office Arben Kraja and the head of the BKH Aida Veizaj continue their official visit to the United States of America.

They have met officials in the Department of Justice where the focus has been on the fight against corruption and organized crime in our country.

The two senior officials of SPAK and BKH will also hold meetings with FBI and DEA leaders and the topics of discussion will be the same.

Also, these meetings will be used by Kraja and Veizaj to present the achievements of these two structures to the American partners.

During his stay in the USA, the head of SPAK gave an interview to the Voice of America, where he expressed his determination to fight corruption.

He clarified that important issues are being investigated by SPAK and the actions of some officials and former officials are being verified in the issues of health concessions or even incinerator contracts.

A busy autumn awaits the Special Prosecutor's Office, given that during the month of July former ministers, important directors in the administration, former mayors and current mayors were questioned./Euronews
