The serious event that happened in Himare, where the little girl Jonada Avdia, only 7 years old, lost her life, has been submitted to the judicial authorities for examination.

Today in the Court of Vlora, the first court session was held and the former police officer Arjan Tase was given the measure of punishment, "imprisonment".

The case of the 7-year-old will be investigated by prosecutor Eranda Laze.

The person who caused the tragedy, Arjan Tase, was a police officer, where his last job was that of Community Police Commissioner in the city of Elbasan. After this event within a few hours Tase was fired by the General Director of Police Gladis Nano.

Then the case was taken over by the Police Supervision Authority, which in the first report described the event as "involuntary murder", but with the intervention of the prosecution, this charge was changed, classifying it as "Murder committed in the form of indirect intent" ”, for which, referring to the penal code, you are punished from 10 to 20 years in prison.
