Analyst Fatos Lubonja commented today on the statements made by Prime Minister Edi Rama during the end-of-year conference with journalists.

"Rama generally uses a quarter of the truth, I saw some things he said during the conference and among other things I saw that he had accused the justice system that there is a scandal in our country because we have 4 thousand arrested while we have 1 thousand or so convicted. This may or may not be true, because he sells untruths as truth.
