The legal representative of the Democratic Party, Ivi Kaso, has responded to Enkelejd Alibeaja, regarding his statement that with the Electoral Reform they are forgiving Prime Minister Edi Rama a fourth term.

Kaso said that nothing has changed in yesterday's draft in the way of calculating mandates for political forces, or distributing the mandates of political forces.
