Erzen Breçani appears in SPAK, the charge will be communicated to him

On Thursday, Erzen Breçani appeared at the Special Prosecutor's Office, where the charges will be communicated to him. 

On July 16, the GJKKO Appeal decided that Breçan's security measure be changed from "prison arrest" to "house arrest".

He was arrested as part of the "Metamorphosis" operation.

We recall that the SPAK issued 11 arrest warrants for the criminal group, of which 5 were executed by arresting the former deputy director of the Tirana police, Erzen Breçan, on the charge of providing funds for the criminal group, Dedan Gjon, head of crimes at police station number 6, who is accused of collaborating with Bujar Germiz and Besmir Murat for the plan to kill two brothers who lived in Great Britain./ CNA
