The US Embassy in Tirana has congratulated the 45 new magistrates who joined the courts and prosecutors this week.

Through a statement, the American Embassy has given a message to the new magistrates, also touching on the Reform in Justice.

"Congratulations to the 45 new magistrates who joined the courts and prosecutor's offices this week. Albanian citizens expect you to be the judges and prosecutors with the highest level of integrity and professionalism, showing the courage to be independent and impartial every step of the way.

We support the Councils and the School of Magistrates in their work to fill vacancies in a timely manner so that justice is served as quickly as possible. The reform in justice is progressing and its successful implementation remains key to furthering Albania's integration into the EU", the embassy emphasizes./ BA - CNA.al
