15 fires in 24 hours/ Ministry of Defense takes stock, appeals to citizens

The Ministry of Defense has announced the situation of the fires in the last 24 hours.

According to data from the National Operational Center for Civil Emergencies, 15 fires have been reported in the last 24 hours.

After an uninterrupted work of the operational forces, it became possible to completely isolate the foci in:

• Tomorricë village, Skrapar municipality.

• Qukës Skënderbej village, Prrenjas municipality.

• Shetël village, Shijak municipality.

• Karbunare e Sipërme village and Balaj village, Lushnje municipality.

• Lalaj village, Fier municipality.

• Peshkpi village, Selenicë municipality.

• Cold water, Vlora municipality.

•      Fshatin Qafë Mali, bashkia Fushë Arrëz.

•      Mali i Jushit, bashkia Vau Dejës.

•      Fshatin Grudë e Re, bashkia Shkodër.

•      Fshatin Qarr, bashkia Has.

•      Lagjen Nr.3, bashkia Kavajë.

Në aksionet për shuarjen e flakëve gjatë 24 orëve të fundit janë angazhuar 368 efektivë zjarrfikës, Forca të Armatosura, forca bashkiake, forca policore, punonjës të Administratës së Zonave të Mbrojtura, shërbimi pyjor, forca vullnetare, 26 mjete zjarrfikëse dhe një helikopter.

Helikopteri ka operuar në fshatin Ndërshen, Bashkia Mirditë dhe në fshatin Shetël, bashkia Shijak.

Aktualisht janë aktive vatrat në:

•      Fshatin Ndërshen, bashkia Mirditë.

•      Fshatin Vinjollë, bashkia Kurbin.
