Young man from Thethi left emigration for his homeland/ Harusha: The Prime

Klodian Harusha, a 23-year-old from Thethi who returned from emigration to invest in the village his minimal savings from work in Italy but the IKMT authorities have listed the building for demolition before it is even finished. The 23-year-old sacrificed himself by sleeping in this old trailer while taking out a loan of 30 thousand euros. Now, together with the IKMT fine, the young man's debt is approximately 90 thousand euros.

"I am Klodian Harusha, 23 years old. I am a resident of Theth. I invested here. I was an immigrant. I played as a footballer in Italy for 6 years. I returned with the idea that there is a future here too, but unfortunately it seems to me that there is none. I came with about 7 thousand euros saved. I returned with the word of the Prime Minister because he said, young people, return and invest in the lands of your ancestors. I returned. I have tried to create a life for myself. This has been going on here for 1 year, it is with my nephew and everything. I am wandering around in the municipality, no information about the mountain package. They even took me out of the municipality and told me to go look for information somewhere else. The Prime Minister said last year that we approved the mountain package. I made something wooden that can be dismantled in 2 hours. They came and imposed a fine of 58 thousand euros on me and told me that it will collapse together with the bar that is 2 years old with my nephew and everything. It is a 1-storey building "I'm disappointed, I came to build a life here, today I'm 95 thousand euros in debt and I don't know where to start. I've tried to invest in my land, I needed a solution."

Finally, the young man has a message for Prime Minister Rama, who called him to return from exile and today is deporting him again.

"I would have told the Prime Minister to implement the words he said about the young people. The only way seems to be to leave like everyone else. If I collapse, I will leave, I have nothing to do here anymore. There are no Thethjans with cursed lands, we have been here for 5 centuries. It is a shame to call the lands of Thethjans cursed lands, a catastrophe is happening here."

The IKMT action continues on the fifth day with the demolition of unauthorized constructions in the tourist village of Theth./ CNA
