Ipeshkvi, Dom Gjergj Meta, through a post on social networks, has called on the citizens of Lezha to join the march at 19:00, as a tribute to the 7-year-old girl, who lost her life after the police officer, Arjan Tase collided with a boat.

"SO THAT IT DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN!

Dear friends,

Tonight at 19:00 the Diocese of Lezha and that of Rrëshen, together with the civil society Lezhë-Kurbin-Rrëshen, organize a tribute march for the little girl Joanda Avdia who died yesterday on the coast due to irresponsibility.

We invite you all, especially the vacationers who are in Shengjin, to meet at the appointed time at the courtyard of the Church of Shengjin, and from there to leave silently towards the coast with flowers and candles in our hands.

This is a prayer, a wish and a protest that such things, the fruit of irresponsibility, never happen again and that everyone is offered security.
