The chairwoman of the Appeal Commission in PD, Adriana Kalaja, stated that there are over 100 thousand stock files that it is not known when they will be reviewed.

During her speech at a roundtable discussion with lawyers organized by the Democratic Party, she stressed that the Tirana Court of Appeals is still reviewing the 2017 files, adding that with the new court map we will have an endless extension of court proceedings.

"Situation where deadlines and court proceedings have been violated, especially in the Appeal go over 50. Only the Tirana Appeal are reviewing the files of 2017.
