"We must take care of it as our ancestors took care of it"/ His Beatitude wishes Eid al-Fitr

His Beatitude, Archbishop of Tirana, Durrës and all Albania, Joani visited the headquarters of the Albanian Muslim Community for the Eid al-Fitr celebration.

Archbishop Joani was received by the head of the Albanian Orthodox Church, Bujar Spahiu. In his speech, His Beatitude said that they must take care of religious coexistence just like their predecessors. For this, the Archbishop said, everyone's contribution is needed.

" Like any asset, we must take care of it as our ancestors, the previous leaders of religious communities, took care of it. So we also have a responsibility to pass it on to future generations. For this, the work of the clergy of each community alone is not enough, but everyone must make their contribution ," said His Beatitude./ CNA
