The Police Supervision Agency (Durres - Kavaja Region) has arrested in flagrante delicto the police officer Inspector AB, assigned to the Special Force Service Corps "Eagle" at the Durres Police Department, suspected of committing the criminal offenses of "Irregular driving" and "Disobedience to the order of a public order police officer".

His arrest was made possible after today at around 05:40, while driving an "Audi" vehicle on the "Egnatia" road, he lost control and as a result crashed into several parked vehicles, causing material damage.

In accordance with standard procedure, he was asked to take an alcohol test, but the employee refused. Under these conditions, a blood sample was taken at the Durrës Regional Hospital.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Durrës./ CNA
