"Partizani" file/ The next session will be held at the GJKKO today

Today, at 10:30 AM, the next hearing for the "Partizani" file against Democratic Leader Sali Berisha, Jamarbër Malltez, builder Fatmir Bektashi, Xhimi Begeja and Andia Pustinë will be held at the GJKKO.

This file went to trial on May 18, 2025, the decision was made by Judge Flojera Davidhi.

The preliminary hearing on July 21, 2025 was postponed because Sali Berisha's lawyers requested the exclusion of the trial panel and for the case to be tried by judges outside the Special Court, because according to the defendants they depend on SPAK, but the request was rejected on July 28.

Judge Elsa Ulliri requested her resignation, arguing that she was the cousin of former DP MP Andia Ulliri, but her request was rejected by the Deputy President of the Court.

We recall that Berisha is under indictment for corruption.

A short time ago, Jamarbër Malltezi was released on bail, leaving house arrest. Meanwhile, Fatmir Bektashi, Xhimi Begeja and Andia Pustina have been charged in the same case./ CNA
