A film crew from "Klan" television with director Indrit Kasmi and cameraman Jurgen Malo, led by journalist Blendi Fevziu, went to Ventotene today.

Ventotene is the island where the foundations of the European Union were laid, where there was also a group of exiled anti-fascist intellectuals such as Llazar Fundo, Zef Mala, the Kryezinjtë, the Butkallinjtë, etc.

Also present along with the "TV Klan" team and Blendi Fevziu is journalist Elvi Fundo.

 Another character is Niko Peleshi, this time not as a former minister or leader of the SP parliamentary group, but as the son of one of the internees on Ventotene.  His father was interned on this island for 15 years.

Adi Dule is also part of this documentary, the person who is modeling the bust of the intellectual Llazar Fundo.

The filming crew is also expected to bring exclusive material from the island of San Stefano, located a few hundred meters from Ventotene, where a prison from 1700 is located, in which Albanian anti-fascists and some of the greatest intellectuals, philosophers and politicians of Europe were interned, such as the former president of Italy Sandro Pertini, Altiero Spinelli, who has been called "Il padre della Europa", i.e. "The Father of Europe".

This film crew coming to Ventotene is expected to bring some very important exclusive materials, some of which are for the first time, but also some that have been published. There will be interviews, footage, documents that show how Albanian intellectuals have been part of the foundations of what is today called the EU.
