Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha says that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced parliamentary elections to strengthen his Putinist power to escape pressure after he refused to approve the draft for the creation of the Association of Serb-majority Municipalities in Kosovo and to recognize Serbia de facto Kosovo.
