Bashkim Dedja returns to the Constitutional Court, four years after he was dismissed from the office of the president, filing a lawsuit for his and his brother's property.

The former president of the Constitutional Court requests the annulment of three decisions, including the one of the Supreme Court, which spoke about the property investigation and consequently gave the green light to the seizure of an apartment.
