The Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, has inspected the works in lot 5 of the Great Ring Road of Tirana.

During the inspection, Minister Balluku stated that the most worrying thing is the process of expropriations, where she emphasizes that last month a decision was issued by the Council of Ministers, which sanctions and regulates the entire process of expropriations and the compensation that the residents of the areas when they are land owners or when they are in houses built without permission, illegal, however they will also be compensated.

“Ajo që na shqetëson më shumë është procesi i shpronësimeve, por duhet thënë që në muajin e mëprashëm ne kemi nxjerrë një vendim nga Këshilli i Ministrave, i cili sanksionon dhe rregullon të gjithë procesin e shpronësimeve dhe kompensimin që banorët e zonave kur ato janë proanrë trualli apo kur ato ndodhen në shtëpi të ndërtuara pa leje, të palegalizuara, megjithatë edhe ato do të kompensohen.

Kërkohet mirëkuptimi i qyetatarëve pasi për ne është e rëndësishme që njerëzit të sqarohen të akomodohen, të kenë të qartë mënyrën se si do funksionojë, se si do akomodohen fillimisht me bonusin e qirasë dhe më pas me shtëpitë sociale.
