"AirAlbania" has issued a statement following Arben Ahmetaj's accusations against this company.

We do not want to dwell on Ahmetaj's accusations about this airline, which, by maintaining in its denunciation the identifying name of the Albanian state in the world, seems to represent more than just a private owner.

Perhaps the first step is to ask the actual owner to change the name of the airline he owns. That way it would be clearer that Arben Ahmetaj did not travel on a state-owned plane, but on a private airline that applied an extraordinary method in reserving flight seats.

If Arben Ahmetaj traveled without paying for tickets in advance, what is the online option, or travel agency that offers this type of "fly when you need and pay when you want" flight?

The "AirAlbania" website does not have the "alla-Ahmetaj" option!

If you go in now to request a reservation, the price will be displayed and there is no option to secure a ticket without paying everything in full!

Where did Ahmetaj and his large family get their tickets?

"AirAlbania" should clarify what it received in exchange from official Ahmetaj for free trips (for family)?

How long has Ahmetaj's debt been lying dormant in the drawers of "AirAlbania" and why is that debt not being sought through the courts?

We remind you that the Civil Code also provides for statutes of limitations for the repayment of debts that no one requests.

It seems strange that "Air Albania" remembered "Ahmetaj's" debts only after the latter remembered "Air Albania"!

Until now, as long as “AirAlbania” is not explained, Ahmetaj's free flights look like bribery and in this criminal act there is one party that receives the benefit and one party that generously gives it. Same as “AirAlbania”!

"AirAlbania" should then publish the entire list of those who have flown with this company whenever they needed to and have paid when they had the opportunity. If they have paid!/ CNA
