The first place in the Super League is not enough, the club fires the coach

Ardian Nuhiu is no longer the coach of Drita in the Kosovo Super League. It is the leaders of the Kosovar club who have taken the drastic decision due to the elimination from the Cup competition.

Even though Drita's team is in first place, the 2-1 loss with Lirina e Prizren has not been accepted by the Kosovar leaders. In the announcement made to the media it was said:

"The club has decided to terminate the contract with coach Ardian Nuhiu. After the defeat by Liria, in consultation with the presidents, we have come to the conclusion that we should stop cooperation with Nuhiu. The main reason that led to the termination of cooperation is the elimination from the Kosovo Cup".
