The Albanian Football Association's Competitions Department has set the dates for the "Final 4" matches, where the champion of the 2024/2025 edition will be determined, as well as the teams that will participate in the UEFA Conference League qualifiers.

All matches will be held at the “Arena Kombëtare” stadium, from 4–12 May 2025. The first semi-final will be played on 4 May, while the second semi-final on 5 May. The final for third/fourth place is scheduled for 9 May, while the final for the championship title will be played on 12 May. After the end of the regular season, the pots of the teams for the Final Four were also determined, with Egnatia and Vllaznia being part of the first pot, while Dinamo City and Partizani are part of the second pot.

The draw to determine the semi-final pairings will be held on April 29, at 11:00 AM at the "House of Football".

The four qualified teams will receive prizes according to the event regulations. The champion team, in addition to the financial prize, will also secure participation in the first qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League, while the other three teams will participate in the first qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League.
