"We're noticing that many workplaces are moving back towards a simple style, allowing for a mix of professional and casual wear. Blazers and baggy pants, along with jeans, have become a common part of the office women's wardrobe. These garments offer a professional look while maintaining a casual and comfortable feel during the workday.

In recent times, drastic changes have also been observed in the choice of shoes. Women now prefer flat shoes and sneakers that can be combined with professional attire. Sneakers are a favorite choice for women in the office as they are easily combined with suits, making their outfits look professional even without heels.

"We are seeing a drastic change in footwear, as before very high heels were worn to the extreme, today we see a change, now flat shoes are being chosen, sneakers are also preferred at work that can be combined with a wide suit so they look nice in the office but are also comfortable" - says Xhaferri. "Accessories are always a double-edged sword, they'll either make the outfit look nice and professional, or you can put on something that's not office-appropriate. Things that have a lot of shine, that are big with a lot of stones, with big figures, are not recommended.

But a cute accessory, a small pendant, earrings or a watch, gives the clothes a personal touch and becomes a very nice combination." - recommends the blogger.

Suits for men continue to be a must, a "regular fit" is the new trend. If before it was tight suits behind the body, now there is a fusion of them with wide suits of the 70s and 80s. A moderation of both that shows them stylish and serious.

Dark colors such as blue, gray, and black for men are key in creating a serious and professional image. Modern cuts and suits indicate a suitable approach for the office environment.
