By November 30, the government approves the areas or territories where cannabis will be planted for medical purposes.

This process will be done every year in November, according to the proposals that the agency that will monitor the cultivation and processing of this narcotic plant will give.

It is about 150 hectares in total across the country, divided into greenhouses of 5-10 hectares. But how safe is this process?

“Që nga këto kritere janë të përcaktuar njerëzit. Këto biznese nuk lulëzojnë në kanabisin mjekësor, por në kanabisin që jemi mësuar të shohim për konsumim. Duket si një gjë e kopsitur, duan ta lejojnë legalizimin e kanabisit, sikurse ndodh edhe me shumë tendera të tjerë që pothuajse janë të përcaktuara, edhe kjo do jetë në kuadrin e tyre”, thonë ekspertët.

Eksportin e bën vetëm kompania e licencuar për ta përpunuar kanabisin, e cila ka eksluzivitetin për 15 vjet. Ndërsa mbjelljen e tij mund ta bëjnë disa kompani që sigurojnë lejen 5 vjeçare për këtë process.

Para mbjelljes , korrjes e transportit duhet te njoftojnë policinë por dhe agjencinë e posaçme që monitoron gjithë procesin.

"Political interference, business, oligarchs, will not be honest business. There is the possibility of abuse. This is even more difficult, we are talking about extremely large monetary values", they said.
