This concern is directly related to fatigue. The more she takes care of herself, the more she will be able to avoid burnout during the amazing but tiring process of raising a child.

Personal care is more necessary, but it should also be carefully surrounded by the partner, the family and even the specialist. (midwife, nurse, gynecologist and pediatrician).

The mother should eat healthy and take care of the lines. She has to choose the foods, the gymnastic exercises, check the teeth, dress appropriately, take care of the toilet.

The use of appropriate body creams, which together with gymnastic exercises (gym, swimming, walking in the park, etc.), serve to maintain the elasticity of muscle fibers and avoid the deposition of fatty tissue.

It is good to cut the hair after the child has reached the age of 4 months. During this period, a hormonal "exhaustion" occurs. In the last months of pregnancy, the woman's body produces hormones in "a lot" to cope with the process of birth and the arrival of milk.

The hormones of this period are produced until the fourth month after birth, after which this hormone level reaches normal quotas. This hormonal decrease causes drying of the skin, hair, etc. In this period, it is advisable to increase self-care through cosmetic treatments. These treatments have both physical and psychological effects.

The mother, by taking care of herself, shows the child that he should behave the same way. She tells him that taking care of the body, which is the "box" where the life and self of everyone is placed, cannot be neglected. If the individual does not maintain the body and misuses it, this will result in a lack of maximum appreciation for life and self.

The mother who puts herself in the center of attention will therefore be extra careful with the child, since this kind of care and focus is a way of life within the care of everything.
