The sister of 33-year-old Bledar Bregu, who survived the fall into the well, tells the media that he and his friend Besnik Veliaj went into the well to clean it.

She says that Bledar Bregu and Besnik Veliaj provided income by cleaning wells and doing agricultural work. According to her, Bregu and Veliaj are friends and worked together.
